A better welcome: a quality charter that has been recognised since 1986 and is constantly evolving, guaranteeing a high level of service quality at all points of the network: comfort, catering, cultural and sports activities, safety, compliance with legislation in force etc... and a warm welcome from qualified staff who are motivated by their mission to make you feel welcome.

Two ranking systems with over 200 criteria that are constantly being updated and checked and, in 4 levels, are used to draw up a completely reliable profile for each centre. The first, ''comfort and services'', relates to accommodation, catering, reception and services. The second, ''activities and environment'', relates to organised leisure activities, infrastructures and the environment (nature, tourism, sport, culture etc.).
