The Cluster Jeunes, the French youth tourism club, was created in 1988 on éthic étapes's initiative. It is one of fourteen voluntary groups of professionals within Maison de la France, the promotional organisation of French tourism abroad.
Its role consists in ensuring the promotion of youth tourism in France and assisting in the commercialisation of the offers developed by its members.
Ethic étapes has been a member of "Maison de la France" and "Cluster Jeunes" since 1988.

The Agency manages the allocation and distribution of holiday cheques for 6.3 beneficiaries. It controls the use of 63 million notes in circulation in 135,000 tourist areas where this type of payment is welcome. The Agency also awards grants designed for renovating social tourism heritage. Lastly, it subsidizes projects that contribute to the development of leisure activities and holidays for the lower income public. Holiday cheques are welcome in all éthic étapes centres.

Unat was created in 1920 and brings together the main tourism associations in the fields of family tourism, youth and children's holidays, sporting and outdoor holidays and travels. Unat aims at representing social tourism before government authorities and social partners and satisfying its members with the implementation of tools and services (quality charters, internet website, statistical and economic assessment, studies...). Ethic étapes has been a Unat member since 1980.

The BITS aims at being an international relay of all the present and future actions in favour of the conception, elaboration and distribution of the best tourism for everyone. Based firmly and principally on national, constitutional organizations for Social Tourism, it is the rallying point for all those, in the public or private sectors, who intend to develop to profit of all, a human and social vision of tourism.

In 2006 the Federation of International Youth Travel Organisations (FIYTO) and the International Student Travel Confederation (ISTC) merged to form the World Youth Student and Educational (WYSE) Travel Confederation, a 530+ member organisation representing the global community of youth travel, student travel and international education specialists. The Confederation's mission is to increase international understanding through the promotion of travel and educational opportunities for students and youth... Members of the Confederation work through specialist sector associations to provide a range of valuable services and products for young travellers around the globe including Student Identity Cards, Language Travel Experiences, Work Exchange and Au Pair Experiences, Student Flights, Surface Transport and Travel Insurance.
Ethic étapes has been a FIYTO?s member since 1981.
