> Professionalising our international accommodation centres
Éthic étapes stands for a tool in favour of the professionalization of its centres by:
  • adopting a permanent quality control strategy
  • organising training sessions where centre staff can learn the tourist accommodation trades, and by implementing innovative training schemes within not-for-profit tourism, covering issues such as sustainable development, marketing or new technologies, for example
  • organising exchanges of know-how and experiences
  • monitoring the sector, and setting up statistical barometers and thematic monitoring
  • setting up an engineering department
  • promoting the éthic étapes's centres and their welcome concept

> Éthic étapes ensures the promotion of its members in France and abroad by issuing two annual booklets and through its website and promotional actions.
