OUR PARTNERS FOR A MORE RESPONSIBLE TOURISM

A sustainable approach involving everyone who has a stake in our activity.
To support our approach, we team up with our partners to take action:

> Pooling our experiences and sharing them with our partners
Ethic étapes takes part in various work groups and shares the experience it has gained and the tools it has developed (best practice guide, sustainable development indicators, etc.). As a member of the ''sustainable tourism'' commission of the National Union of Tourism Associations (UNAT), éthic étapes has helped create a commitment charter for professionals in this sector.

> Taking action with our suppliers
Sustainable development criteria have been built into our policy of using suppliers who promote the use of green, eco-label or fair trade products.
For several years we have also adopted strict green communication criteria: a reduction in printing, printing on recycled paper or paper from sustainable supply chains (PEFC, FSC, etc.), printing with vegetable-based ink and more.

> Areas for action with our partners include developing relevant partnerships to support our actions.
In order to encourage sustainable buying,
  • we pass on information about Max Haavelar France's fair trade action campaigns.
  • France active, a solidarity finance organisation that works to develop employment, is also an active partner of our network.
  • Finally, we work actively with the Permanent Centres for Environmental Initiatives (CPIE) and the FNAB (National Federation of Organic Agriculture) to increase sustainable development training provision for our employees.
